It takes less than 10 minutes to complete the online claim form, and once received an emailed confirmation of receipt will be forwarded to you within one business day, and one of Club Marine’s friendly claims consultants will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your claim application.

Before you submit a claim
You’ll find that completing your online claim form is quicker if you have these details at hand before you start.

- Information about the incident, such as the date, where the damage occurred etc.
- Details about the loss or damage you are claiming for.
- Information about any other people, boats, vehicles or property involved.

Do I have to buy the boat from you to get a quote?
No. We arrange quotes for boats we have never sold, including vessels bought privately or interstate. If you own a boat on Sydney Harbour, get in touch.
Is boat insurance compulsory in NSW?
There is no general legal requirement to insure a recreational vessel in New South Wales. In practice most marinas require liability cover as a condition of a berth, and any lender financing the boat will require cover in place at settlement.
What is an agreed value?
Club Marine Pleasure Craft Insurance offers a flexible range of cover options, including agreed values. Eligibility criteria may apply, and the Product Disclosure Statement sets out how each option works. A current market appraisal is useful supporting evidence for whichever you choose.
